ARC staff brings more than 150+ combined years of experience specific to the management of FEMA disaster recovery programs, including FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and Sections 404 and 406 Hazard Mitigation. Having cataloged more than 100,000 FEMA PA projects, ARC’s team of professional disaster recovery experts have a complete understanding of all laws, regulations, and policies as set forth by the Robert T Stafford Act, 2 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) § 200, 44 C.F.R., and FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG). Our team is adept at maximizing the recovery effort within these programs. ARC has been able to maximize our clients’ ability to use the Direct Administrative Cost (DAC)/Management Cost to reduce the burden of costs associated with managing the recovery program. ARC tracks all costs associated with the recovery as required by FEMA policy. We track the level of effort as it relates to the projects (i.e., direct costs versus indirect costs) to maximize reimbursements for our clients.
