Saharan Dust is projected to move across Florida and the Gulf coming up. One round this weekend, another by next week. Saharan Dust is nothing new, we just now have better technology to detect and forecast it. It can weaken tropical systems and lower activity in impacted areas because the dry Saharan air layer contains 50% lower humidity. Vibrant sunrises and sunsets with an extra glow too!
